When hair feels different
Female hair thinning can appear in many ways: a wider parting, hair that feels finer to the touch, reduced volume from the root, or an overall sense of less fullness.
It is not always linked to visible shedding. Often the hair is still there, but the diameter of individual strands has reduced, which makes the overall appearance less dense and full.
Common signs
- Parting appears wider than before
- Hair feels less voluminous and thick
- Roots flatten quickly after washing
- A sense of having less hair, even without obvious shedding
- Fine, more fragile hair
Common causes
- Hormonal changes (menstrual cycle, post-partum, menopause, thyroid)
- Nutritional deficiencies (iron, ferritin, vitamin D, B12)
- Chronic stress and prolonged fatigue
- Unsuitable products or aggressive hair care routine
- Natural ageing of the follicular capillary
What Kronocare does
The programme begins with a professional check-up: trichoscopy, hair fibre analysis and a review of your current routine. Based on the findings, a personalised cosmetic protocol is proposed. It may include density-boosting Hair Lab treatments and a targeted at-home routine. All consultations are available in English.
